I have practiced and studied yoga and its philosophy for almost 20 years, and it has transformed my life.
One of the most transformative learnings from this journey was to learn to listen to the messages brought by my uncomfortable emotions and feelings, because they are the messages from my unmet emotional needs. Allowing these parts of myself to speak is key to emotional freedom.
I also have a deep personal experience with psychology studies and non-violent communication, which had hugely informed upon jornee’s mission and offering.
jornee was born from my desire to share the learnings from my journey with people.
